The conditions for automatic rinsing are different from those for normal hand rinsing. We therefore recommend that you observe the following advice so that you can enjoy your beautiful and valuable glasses for a long time.
1. Glasses with a gold rim or painting decor should always be washed by hand, as they can suffer from the effects of detergents combined with high water temperature and higher water pressure.
2. Select a washing program with a gentle temperature. The rinsing time should not be extended beyond the time specified by the machine manufacturer in its instructions for use.
3. Use only detergents and rinse aids whose quality is generally recognized and follow the dosage instructions exactly.

Gläser liefern wir in Deutschland innerhalb von circa zwei bis sieben Wochen. Alle Artikel führen wir auf Lager – in Ausnahmefällen kann es jedoch vorkommen, dass Artikel ausverkauft sind und sich die Lieferzeit für diese Produkte erhöht. Sonderanfertigungen haben eine Lieferzeit von circa drei bis neun Wochen.

Transportkosten berechnen wir nach tatsächlich anfallenden Kosten.

Gerne liefern wir auch in andere Regionen. Für die Ferienregionen Europas und alle anderen Länder teilen wir Ihnen gerne nach Anfrage Vorgehensweise und Frachtarten mit.

Ihre Bestellung können Sie bequem per Rechnung zahlen. Unsere Rechnungen sind innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach Erhalt ohne Abzug fällig. Die Ware bleibt bis zur endgültigen Bezahlung das Eigentum unserer Firma.
